All interested parties/stakeholders are welcome to send compliments and complaints. It helps us to identify anything that we do well, or need to improve. Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) have right to appeal on a decision made by PNAC. All compliments, complaints and appeals will be received by Director General PNAC and will be dealt with fairly, promptly, confidentially and without prejudice.
